For best results:

1. Send a high-resolution photo or scan
2. Provide a photo or scan that is taken straight on - avoid angles (be sure to have the camera parallel with the recipe)
3. Take the photo using natural light and avoid shadows

I do not accept returns on this personalized product after engraving begins. If you are not happy with your proof-we are happy to refund you prior to engraving!

Aluminum pans are 13” x 9” x 2.5” and do not have a nonstick coating. The pan is dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing. Max baking temp for the pan is 450 degrees F.

The lid must be handwashed and must not go in the oven because of powder coating. Engraving is permanent and engraves off the powder coat paint to reveal the metal underneath.
